Josh Griffin

Josh Griffin has over 14 years of experience in various mechanical roles. Josh currently works at Vectrus as the Engineering and Special Purpose Equipment Mechanic Lead, where they analyze malfunctions and leads personnel in maintenance operations for engineer and special purpose equipment. Prior to this, they worked at Amentum as the Heavy Equipment Mechanic Lead, overseeing maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment. Josh also has experience at Vectrus as a Kalmar/RTCH Mechanic, where they performed overhaul, repair, and service on special purpose equipment, and as a Quality Control Technician, assisting in planning and implementing inspection programs. Additionally, they worked as a Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic at Vectrus, handling maintenance and repair of tactical and armored vehicles. Josh started their career as a Generator Mechanic at DynCorp International and later at KBR, Inc., where they installed, serviced, and repaired commercial generator sets.

Josh Griffin attended Hicks High School but did not obtain a degree or study any specific field. In 2014, they obtained certifications in NBCRV Operator Maintainer Training and 91B Stryker NBCRV Systems Maintainer NET Course from the U.S. Army TACOM.
