Kathleen Etchepare Samuelson

Kathleen Etchepare Samuelson is a seasoned editor, writer, and communications management professional specializing in the defense industry. With extensive experience in editing and compliance for technical contract proposals and RFIs, Kathleen has also managed high-circulation print and digital publications. Currently serving as Editing/Writing Manager and Editor for V2X Inc since 2014, Kathleen has previously held roles as Communications Director at Federal Buyers Guide and Editorial Director at BowTie Inc. Additionally, Kathleen has worked as a freelance editor and writer since 2003 and directed publications for CBA - The Association for Christian Retail from 2004 to 2013. Kathleen continues to pursue higher education at California State University-Fullerton.
