Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips, PMP, CDFM, is a Program Manager and Principal Consultant at V2X Inc, where they have been since 2022. Previously, from 2004 to 2009, they worked at MITRE as a Financial Analyst and Senior Budget Analyst. They held various roles at CACI International Inc between 2013 and 2019, including Team Lead and Program Manager, where they led teams and served as the primary liaison between clients and corporate management. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Delaware's Lerner College of Business and Economics from 1999 to 2003.
