Scott Sobczak

Scott Sobczak is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in systems engineering and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at V2X Inc since January 2023, Scott has previously held similar leadership positions at The Vertex Company and Raytheon Intelligence & Space. The career spans over a decade at Raytheon, encompassing roles from Systems Engineering Manager to Principal Systems Engineer, with responsibilities in managing multidisciplinary teams and aligning engineering strategies with business goals. Scott's foundational experience includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, coupled with military service as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps.
