They have developed their skills in medium and large national and multinational companies across various sectors, including importation, distribution, and logistics. Currently, Karina serves as a Senior Buyer at V3A, where they utilize strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing and process engineering to align purchasing strategies with organizational objectives. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from FEI and a Master of Business Administration from the University of São Paulo.
