Lidia Pessoa

Lidia Pessoa is currently the Business Director at V3A, where they oversee business operations for proprietary projects and manage budget control to ensure financial sustainability. Previously, Lidia held roles including Head of Business and Account Manager for the Live Site at the Rio 2016 Olympics, managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Lidia has also served as a Communications Manager at multiple organizations, contributing to marketing strategies and project management. Lidia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a degree in Advertising from San Diego State University, and an MBA from Ibmec.
