Mili Barot

Mili Barot is a seasoned Human Resource Manager with over four years of experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, and employee engagement. Currently, Mili leads HR initiatives at V3Cube, where responsibilities encompass the entire recruitment cycle, employee records management, and the development of training programs. Previously, Mili held HR management roles at Mediaf5 and Virtual Height IT Services, and began their career as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Mili earned an MBA in Finance from Som-Lalit Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from S. M. Patel Institute of Commerce.
