Andrew Ryan

Andrew Ryan is the Vice President of Capture & Proposals at V3Gate. Andrew has over twenty years of experience in proposal management and consulting.

Ryan began their career as a Training Coordinator and Technical Writer for AT&T Solutions. Andrew then became a Proposal Support Specialist for TRW where they managed past performance efforts on large Information Technology proposals to the Federal Government. In 2001, they took on the role of Proposal Manager for BearingPoint where they coordinated all aspects of the proposal process for Federal Government opportunities.

In 2007, Ryan co-founded Gadfly, LLC, a proposal management consulting company. Andrew served as Senior Proposal Manager and Author for Gadfly from 2007 to 2021. Andrew also served as a Senior Consultant for P3 Solutions from 2008 to 2010 and as a Senior Proposal Manager for Qbase via Gadfly, LLC from 2010 to 2012.

Ryan has been with V3Gate since September 2021. In their current role as VP of Capture & Proposals, they lead a team of proposal professionals in the development of high-quality proposals for government and commercial clients.

Andrew Ryan would have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

Andrew Ryan works with Bobby Rzonca - VP of Sales, Julie McKinney - VP of Sales, and Matt Rzonca - EVP & Principal. Their manager is Oscar Valdez, CEO & COO.
