John Rienzo

John Rienzo is currently the VP of Sales at V3Gate. John has over 7 years of experience in IT sales, consultation, and account management.

John started their career at CDWG in October 2011 as a Senior Federal Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for IT consulting for Federal Civilian HHS/NIH Accounts. John then transitioned to focus on Veterans Affairs in September 2013. In October 2014, they were promoted to Federal Civilian Field Account Executive. In this role, they were responsible for collaborating with IT admins, CIO's, FCIO's and IT executives to connect major technology manufacturers with customers to design, create, improve, and deliver information technology solutions based on customer needs and budget. John was also responsible for managing a fast-paced work environment while multitasking every aspect of a sales cycle from researching customer technology issues, presenting solutions, contract review, handling vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and following up with post-sales customer service and support.

John was awarded the Presidents Achievement Award in 2013 for their outstanding performance. John left CDWG in September 2018 to join V3Gate as the VP of Sales.

John Rienzo's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Binghamton University State University of New York. John also has certification from EMC in EMC Velocity Sales Accreditation, Veeam in Veeam Sales Professional, Backup & Replication Accreditation, NetApp in NetApp Sales Accreditation, and VMware in VMware VSP 4 Sales Accreditation.
