Jeff Smith

Jeff has over 32 years of law enforcement and management experience. During his career he had a wide array of assignments. His final three years with the San Jose Police Department were spent as the captain of the Special Operations Division, as well as the commander of the Airport Division (SJC). Jeff has a great deal of experience dealing with the upper levels of city government, as well as a firm understanding of the rules of purchasing in the public sector. Jeff’s final three years in law enforcement were spent at the Hayward PD, where he served as the Support Services manager.
