VA TECH Finance initiated its activities in 1995 as the financial centre of competence of VA TECH Group (Austria’s largest Engineering Group). Since 2006, VA TECH Finance has been an independent financial services advisor specialized in three main divisions of core competence: 
• Financial Project Development, incl. the elaboration of the project documentation according to international standards (project information memorandum, business plan, feasibility study, project agreements, tender procedures, etc.) 
 • Internationalization and Global Business Development, incl. Temporary Export Management, Export & Sales Finance, Credit Risk Management, Terms of Payment, L/Cs and Bonds, Drafting and negotiations of contracts 
• Arranging of Project Financing and M&A, particularly in Renewable Energy, incl. debt capital financing and, if necessary, also equity financing and investor search

Furthermore, VA TECH Finance offers in-house seminars tailored to the requirements of the specific client.
VA TECH Finance has its Headquarters in Vienna and VA TECH Finance Italia S.r.l. is the Italian legal unit of VA TECH Finance.
