Eran Chamil

Eran Chamil currently serves as the Country Head for VA4U in Sri Lanka, overseeing local operations and recruitment as the first team member in the region. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Operations and Manager of Property Management at RE/MAX Bayside Properties, where operational strategies and team leadership were key responsibilities. Eran has a background in property management as a Case Manager at :Different, and experience in corporate banking as an Assistant Manager at Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka PLC. Previous positions also include Team Leader at Softlogic Life and Senior Personal Banking Advisor at Union Bank of Colombo. Eran holds multiple qualifications in marketing and credit management from various institutions.
