Armando Munoz

Armando Munoz is a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in developing civil engineering projects and conducting surveys for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Currently employed at VAA since October 2021, Munoz's work involves land surveying using advanced technologies such as robotic total stations and GPS, as well as designing stormwater management systems and civil plans. Previously, at Elliott Design Build from June 2020 to October 2021, Munoz continued to refine expertise in civil land development projects. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. from February 2012 to October 2019, focusing on project development and quality management in the natural gas sector, including foundation design and infrastructure planning. Munoz holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
