Iman Hill

Iman Hill is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the petroleum industry, currently serving as the Country Manager and MD at Vaalco Energy and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at both Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd. and United Oil & Gas. Previously, Iman held key leadership roles at companies such as Sasol Petroleum International and Shell, where Iman managed operations across various regions including Africa and Egypt. Iman has demonstrated a strong commitment to business growth and corporate governance, alongside a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Iman is also fluent in Arabic and English, with additional language skills in French and Russian. Iman completed the Shell Leadership Program at INSEAD and continues to advance education at Aberdeen University.
