Josef Fallesen

Josef Fallesen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josef is currently the CEO & Founder of Vaam, a company that specializes in video messaging for B2B Sales. In this role, they help B2B sales teams enhance their communication strategies and achieve higher success rates. Prior to Vaam, Josef worked as a Redaktör/Castare at ITV. Josef also held positions at MiljöRenen AB, where they served as a Part-owner & Member of the Board, as well as a Sales Manager. Additionally, Josef has experience as an Angel investor & Member of the Board at Cling, where they also served as a CSO. Josef has also worked as a Partner at CG Partners, as well as the Founder & Producer of Businesspodden, the largest entrepreneur podcast in northern Europe. Josef has also ventured into event management, founding companies such as Workout Parties and Out of Office - Afterwork Disco. Furthermore, they held the position of Table Manager at Ambassadeur and Out of Office - Afterwork Disco. Josef also contributed to Fryshuset Jobb as the Head of Motivation. Josef Fallesen obtained their upper secondary diploma in the natural sciences programme from Östra Reals Gymnasium, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, they completed a course in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and became a certified NLP Practitioner at NLP Network Sverige. Prior to that, Josef completed their primary education at Segeltorpsskolan from 1999 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Video in Sales from Vaam in May 2022.
