Juha Rantala

Juha Rantala has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Juha began their career as an IT Manager in Finland for Vaasan Oy in 2010, where they later became the Head of Information Technology Operations. In 2013, they joined Vaasan Norge A/S as the IT Manager for Norway. In 2016, they transitioned to Lantmännen Unibake, initially serving as the Head of Information Technology Operations for Fresh Finland & Baltics. Juha then took on the role of Global IT Collaboration Manager. During 2017, they had a brief break to fulfill the role of a stay-at-home dad. Throughout their career, Juha has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in IT operations and management.

Juha Rantala obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in 2009. Juha later went on to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in the same field at the same university from 2018 to 2019. In between, they attended the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University in 2007-2008, but did not complete a specific degree.
