Paresh Masade

Paresh Masade started their work experience in 2006 as a Leadership Fellow at Bhumi. Paresh held this position until 2011. In 2007, they founded and became the CEO of Vaave (Coherendz India Private Limited), where they are currently working. In 2008, Paresh also had a short-term role as a Summer Intern at Perfetti Van Melle.

Paresh Masade completed their secondary education at St. Josephs Convent High School from 1988 to 2000, earning their SSC degree. Paresh then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at P.I.R.M Engineering College from 2002 to 2007, obtaining a B.Tech degree. Following this, they attended the National Institute of Industrial Engineering from 2007 to 2009, where they focused on Marketing and Supply Chain in the pursuit of their PGDIE degree.
