Aurora Moore

Aurora Moore has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Aurora began their career in 2003 as a Legal Administrative/Project Assistant at Cable Huston Benedict. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Legal Recruiter at Legal Northwest. In 2014, they held the position of Contract Recruiter at Legal Northwest. In 2015, they joined Vacasa as the Central Recruiting Lead and held this role until 2018. Aurora then became a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Vacasa from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Vacasa. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Sr Recruiting Manager at Vacasa. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Recruiting at Vacasa, where they are responsible for recruiting talent for various positions and expanding the company's teams.

Aurora Moore studied English Literature at Willamette University.
