Currently serving as Senior Corporate Director of Housekeeping at Vacatia since September 2025, Jay previously held various roles at Marriott Vacations Worldwide from September 2013 to September 2025, including Director of Services and Regional Operations Manager. With over 12 years in the cruise industry, Jay excelled as Cruise Director, leading a large entertainment department and managing guest activities. Past positions include roles with Carnival Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, and Whistler Blackcomb, among others. Jay's education includes studies at Georgian College from 1997 to 1998.
