Keith Cox has a long and varied career in the food and hospitality industry. Keith began their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Financial Consultant in 1990. Keith then moved to Booz Allen Hamilton as a Management Consultant in 1993. In 1994, they became the CEO & CFO of World Wrapps, and in 1999 they co-founded Brainstorm Ventures, a seed and early stage venture capital and startup consulting firm. In 2004, they became a Managing Partner at Resort Equities. In 2012, they founded Vacatia, the resort marketplace for vacationing families, and served as its CEO until 2015. Keith then returned to World Wrapps as co-owner and Chairman in 2015. In 2017, they became the Founder & CEO of Pacific Catch, a Pacific-inspired, full-service, elevated-casual restaurant company. Keith currently serves as CEO and Chairman of Pacific Catch.
Keith Cox obtained an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1994, where they studied Entrepreneurship. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Business Economics & Sociology from UC Santa Barbara in 1989.
