Steve has long served as a board member and advisor to leading cycling organizations such as Transportation Alternatives, Bike New York, Families for Safe Streets, the New York Cycle Club, New Jersey Bike/Walk Coalition, and StreetsPAC. As both a lawyer, policy advocate and community organizer, Steve has personally helped win and expand bike lanes, bike share, speed cameras, congestion pricing, cycling law reform, driver accountability laws, and other measures to reclaim our streets from the private automobile.
