Bryan Pray

Bryan Pray serves as the Director of Talent Solutions for Vaco, a role held since May 2021, focusing on delivering contract staffing and direct hire solutions in various sectors including accounting, finance, and technology. Prior to this position, Bryan was the IT Recruiting Manager at Alluvion Staffing, which was acquired by Vaco in 2021. Bryan’s extensive experience also includes a tenure as a Corporate Recruiter at Lender Processing Services, Inc., where responsibilities involved developing recruiting strategies and managing vendor processes. Earlier career roles include account management and recruitment at Alluvion Staffing and TEKsystems. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a Master's degree in Vocational Counseling from the University of North Florida.
