John J. Deignan

John J. Deignan has extensive experience in the recruitment and financial services sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Vaco since October 2020. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of Recruiting at Randstad Professionals from December 2006 to October 2020. Earlier in his career, John worked in high net worth retail brokerage at Fidelity Investments from January 1990 to April 1995 and as a Client Services Representative at Putnam Investments from 1990 to 1992. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Assumption University, completing studies from 1985 to 1989, and holds a high school diploma from Belmont High School.
