Mandip Bains

Mandip (Mandy) Bains, CPA, CA, is an accomplished recruitment services professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Recruitment Services at Vaco, Mandip has previously held the roles of Senior Director and Director of Recruitment Services within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Audit Manager at Deloitte Canada and Senior Accountant at Mintz & Partners LLP. Mandip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed in 2006, and has obtained designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ontario.
