Walt Lee

Walt Lee is an experienced tax consultant with a career spanning over two decades. Since June 2010, Walt has been providing consulting services at Vaco. Prior to this role, Walt served as Tax Manager at United Online, Inc. from December 2004 to November 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing tax compliance functions, preparing consolidated federal and state income tax returns, and managing tax provision and reporting activities. Walt's earlier experience at Ernst & Young LLP from 1997 to 2004 as a Senior Tax Accountant involved preparing and reviewing various tax compliance projects, including individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. Walt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, obtained between 1985 and 1990, and is a graduate of Chatsworth High School.
