VACT, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. It is run by United States Veteran husband and wife - Richard and Sara Thomas. Richard Thomas began his career in the AV industry in 1999 as a Technician and moved up to Field Supervisor. With the skill and knowledge Richard Thomas acquired in his years in the AV industry, he and his wife - Sara, founded VACT, Inc. in September 2003. With hard-work, determination, and excellent customer service, VACT, Inc. has flourished into a successful small business. With almost 20 years of experience in the AV industry, together with the skilled performance of our employees, VACT, Inc. will continue to provide quality service to our valued clients.
