Vadar Consulting is a dynamic structure with its quarter-century of academic experience, research experience and professional expertise, and closely follows the current trends.

Vadar Consulting was founded on three principles: Wisdom, skill, and experience.

WISDOM is not just about knowing. In the 21st century, accessing information is easier than ever. The important thing is to distinguish the right information and to evaluate the information correctly. This requires wisdom.

SKILL refers to the wise evaluation of the acquired knowledge.

EXPERIENCE, on the other hand, aims to enrich future evaluations by classifying the obtained information in an analytical way.

“Nuninda-an eizzaateni, vadarma ekuteni”

The meaning of this sentence in Hittite is: “You will eat your bread, you will drink your water”.

Although it may not seem like a very important phrase, this sentence is the key to deciphering the entire Hittite language. After analyzing this sentence by the Czech scientist Bedřich Hrozný, who analyzed this inscription on a clay tablet found in Hattusha about a hundred years ago, scientists were able to read tens of thousands of tablets and provide very important information about the Anatolian Civilization of thousands of years. The first thing that attracts the attention of those who know foreign languages is how Hittite was the source of modern Indo-European languages. For example, the word "Vadar" meaning "water" in the sentence is equivalent to "Wasser" in German, "water" in English, and "voda" in Slavic languages.

This phrase inspired us when we founded Vadar in 2022. Our company, which was established in Ankara, which is located at the heart of the Hittite Civilization and has an ancient history of thousands of years, is in the consultancy sector with a perspective that aims to understand complex phenomena and events so simply, and those that seem so simple in depth and in detail.
