Niclas Meyer

Niclas Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Niclas started their career as a Business Development Consultant at Mantec, a management consultancy firm, where they focused on operational efficiency and profitability improvements. Niclas then co-founded and served as a partner at both Smartslider.dk, a webshop selling webcam covers, and Your Profile, an e-learning service for job preparation and professional positioning optimization.

In 2017, Niclas joined Adsensus Denmark as a Business Development Consultant, where they provided operational support for success in complex B2B sales. Niclas later took on the role of Senior Business Development Consultant, where they worked closely with clients and assisted the project manager in reaching project goals. In 2019, they became the Managing Director at Adsensus Denmark, responsible for successful project delivery and business skills development of consultants.

Since 2020, Niclas has been working at VAEKST, a Nordic growth agency. Niclas first served as the CEO, specializing in sales excellence and sustainable sales relations. Currently, they hold the position of COO, where they lead a team of native-speaking business developers and helps B2B brands grow their revenue through sales and marketing services in the Nordic countries.

Niclas Meyer's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Knord High School, where they studied Marketing and Innovation. Niclas completed their high school education in 2015. In 2016, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business Academy to pursue an AP Degree in Marketing Management, which they completed in 2018.

In the same year, Niclas briefly attended Harvard University, focusing on International Business, although they did not obtain a specific degree from there. Subsequently, they continued their undergraduate studies at Copenhagen Business Academy, specializing in International Sales & Marketing Management. Niclas completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in this field in 2020.

In 2020, Niclas began pursuing a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Lund University School of Economics and Management, which they completed in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Niclas has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the CIEC talent program offered by the Copenhagen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. In 2018, they obtained the Google Success Online certification. Later, in 2019, they completed the Big Data Foundations: Techniques & Concepts certification through LinkedIn Learning. Most recently, in 2022, Niclas became a HubSpot Solutions Partner.
