VAELO Aerospace is a specialist consultancy supporting businesses entering the Aerospace and Defence supply chain.

We work with Precision Engineering, Manufacturing, and Storage & Distribution organisations that need to achieve AS9100, AS9120, and ISO certification to secure and retain Aerospace and Defence work.

Most companies are told they need certification - Very few are shown how to build it in a way that actually works.

That’s where we come in.

VAELO Aerospace brings together:

15 years of Military Aerospace quality expertise from the Royal Air Force, where standards are non-negotiable and failure isn’t an option

20+ years of proven ISO consultancy delivery across multiple sectors

A highly capable network of experienced Consultants

A dedicated back office team that ensures projects stay on track and are delivered to a consistent, high standard

This structure matters.

It means the right people deliver the right aspects of the project - whether that’s GAP Analysis, Implementation, Internal Audits, or External Certification support.

Our approach is simple.

We don’t build systems for audits.

We build management systems around how your business actually operates - so they stand up to real world pressure, not just assessment days.

Because in Aerospace and Defence, consistency, control, and traceability aren’t optional - They’re expected.

Our Mission:

Helping Industry Enter Aerospace & Defence

If you’ve been told you need AS9100, AS9120, or ISO certification to move forward with a contract, but you’re not clear on what that looks like in practice, we’re here to help.
