Evan O'Connor is currently the Head of Research and Development at VÆRIDION, where they lead a multidisciplinary team in the development of a novel HV propulsion battery system for the company's CS-23 regional eCTOL aircraft. Prior to this role, Evan served as a Senior Research Engineer and held various positions in R&D at HRL Laboratories, LLC. Evan has also contributed to the field as a Design Engineering Intern at NOV Mono and has participated in research at institutions such as Villanova University and NASA Langley Research Center. Currently, Evan is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
