Robert Androws has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 with their role as a Technical Support Associate at MegaPath Networks Inc., where they provided customer care and resolved network issues for DSL customers. Robert later transitioned to the position of IT - Telco Systems Engineer, providing support for phone system-related issues and training staff on call handling and system functions. In 2004, Robert joined MegaPath as a VPN Support Engineer, where they configured and maintained VPN solutions for enterprise customers. In 2009, they joined Comcast Cable as a Communications Technician, responsible for educating customers, installing, and repairing video, voice, data, and wireless products.
