Chris Dudding is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of ski resort management experience, currently serving as the Director of Skier Services for the Mid Atlantic Region at Vail Resorts since 2025. Previously, from 1993 to 2020, Chris held the position of Marketing Director at Roundtop Mountain Resort, where they successfully managed all aspects of the marketing department and significantly increased guest loyalty. Chris also worked as the Snow Sports School Director at Roundtop Mountain Resort from 1996 to 1998, managing over 200 ski and snowboard instructors. Additionally, Chris has roles in medical device coordination and marketing at Surgidev Corporation and Circon/ACMI. Chris holds a BA in Communications/Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Level III certified instructor with the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
