David Maxwell is an experienced manager with a diverse background in retail and operations. Currently serving as a Manager at Vail Resorts since June 2017, Maxwell previously held the position of Retail Manager at Stowe Mountain Resort from October 2011 to June 2017. Prior to this, Maxwell was the Assistant Athletic Director at Norwich University from August 2002 to February 2009 and worked as an Operations Manager at Vermont Contract Packaging between August 1992 and March 1999. Maxwell also has entrepreneurial experience, having owned Vermont’s Green Mountain Natural Foods and Nelson Brothers True Value. Earlier in the career, Maxwell served as a District Sales Manager for the Hoover Company from September 1982 to October 1987.
