Jon Garrou

Jon Garrou serves as the Director of Social Impact and Executive Director of the EpicPromise Foundation at Vail Resorts since March 2016, where leadership encompasses an enterprise-wide giving program that supports 350 local schools and nonprofit organizations with an annual budget of USD $18.3 million across 37 ski areas in the United States, Canada, and Australia. In addition to this role, Jon has been coaching the Denver Nuggets Youth Basketball team since October 2021. Previously, Jon held the position of Chief Advancement Officer at Camp for All Kids, where responsibilities included managing donor relations and board engagement from October 2012 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Program Director for SOS Outreach, managing programs at 30 resorts across 8 states from July 2006 to October 2012, and Program Director/Interim Camp Director at Easterseals Colorado, overseeing compliance and staff management for camps serving individuals with disabilities between May 2001 and July 2006. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oklahoma State University from 1996 to 2001.
