Ashley Kircher

Ashley Kircher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and engineering. Since March 2021, Ashley has been serving as a Frontend Engineer at Vail Systems, following a role as a Product Designer with the same company from October 2018 to September 2020. Prior to this, Ashley co-founded Minda Labs, focusing on using virtual reality and immersive learning to address diversity and inclusion. Additional expertise includes serving as a UX and Design Advisor at Ansaro Technologies and holding product designer positions at Enigma Technologies, Inc. and Chartbeat. Ashley's career began as a Designer at Sam-lab, Inc. after earning a Bachelor's degree in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2010.
