Grace Kwan

Grace Kwan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical specialization. Currently serving as a Senior Windows Systems Administrator at Vail Systems since August 2017, Grace previously held the position of Lead Technical Specialist at HCSC from June 2004 to April 2017, where server hardening and establishing security standards were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes an Analyst role at Accenture from September 1998 to October 2003. Grace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University, a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
