J. Michael Rutter

J. Michael Rutter is a Technical Project Manager at Vail Systems since May 2022, with prior experience as a Technical Program Manager at Garmin from February 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing the development of integrated embedded avionics systems for multiple aircraft models. Rutter has a background as a Software Engineer at Garmin and FlightSafety International, where expertise included developing embedded software in C++ and collaborating on software for flight simulators. Earlier experiences include an internship at Noram-SMC focusing on diagnostics and repair of electrical testing equipment and another internship at Level 3 Communications, gaining knowledge in telecommunications protocols.
