Carl Grint

Carl Grint has extensive work experience in the field of property asset management. Carl is currently working at Vail Williams as the Partner and Head of Property Asset Management since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Aitchison Raffety for almost nine years where they held the role of Director - Head of Portfolio Management from October 2013 to December 2022. Before that, they worked at CNC Property Fund Management as a Director from 1998 to September 2013. Their early career started at Keith Pattinson Estate Agents Ltd as a Property Valuer from 1994 to 1998.

Carl Grint attended Heriot-Watt University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Mathematics. Carl then enrolled in the College of Estate Management from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Estate Management. However, the degree name for this program was not provided.
