Carl Walker

Carl Walker is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in valuation and commercial property services. Currently serving as Partner and LLP Member at Vail Williams since June 2018, Carl leads the Valuation team, specializing in secured lending, Local Authority assets, medical properties, and ground rents. Previously, Carl held the position of Director at Hughes Ellard from September 1988 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial property professional services, valuation work, and lease consultancy. Carl's career in valuation began as a Senior Valuer at the District Valuer's Office from October 1983 to August 1988, focusing on tax valuations and advisory work for various public bodies. Carl Walker is an alumnus of Trent Polytechnic Nottingham and Colchester Royal Grammar School.
