Joe Walker has over 10 years of experience in the field of lease advisory and commercial property. Joe is currently employed at Vail Williams as a Partner and Head of Lease Advisory. In this role, they provide advice on commercial lease consultancy matters to both landlords and tenants. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director at Hughes Ellard, where they provided lease consultancy advice across various commercial property sectors. Joe also has experience in valuation, acquisition, and disposal of commercial and residential property investments.
