Simon Moffatt

Simon Moffatt is a seasoned professional in the property industry with extensive experience in business rates consultancy and asset management strategies. Currently serving as Partner in the London Occupier Advisory at Vail Williams since February 2016, Simon previously established and directed the agency and lease advisory department at Bisset Moffatt Hill Chartered Surveyors. With a background that includes a partnership at Edwin Hill Chartered Surveyors, Simon has developed a strong expertise in business rates and landlord-tenant relations, further enhanced by the acquisition of Bisset Moffatt Hill by Vail Williams in 2016. Simon's education was completed at Hereford Cathedral from 1969 to 1974.
