Vaishnavi Estate is a fourth-generation coffee plantation and heritage homestay in Coorg, Karnataka, uniting estate-fresh robusta coffee with an intimate plantation stay experience.

Since 1928, we've grown shade-grown, single-origin robusta coffee in Coorg's misty hills. Every bean is cultivated, processed, roasted, and ground in-house for freshness and traceability across lush plantations with native hardwoods like teak and silver oak.

DTC Coffee: We offer specialty-grade, single-origin robusta with a bold, full-bodied cup featuring notes of chocolate, nuts, and earth. Our coffee is sustainably farmed, naturally processed with minimal water, roasted in small batches on German-engineered roasters, and ground fresh per order for a premium direct-to-consumer experience.

Homestay: Our plantation homestay offers tranquil cottages and a charming bungalow overlooking rolling coffee fields. Guests enjoy heritage-inspired spaces, home-cooked Coorg meals, and wake to birdsong, mist, and freshly brewed estate coffee.

Heritage: The estate features a 110-year-old cottage and traditional bungalow with open courtyard, sloping tiled roof, and wide verandas reflecting Coorg's architectural heritage. Vintage details, local wooden furniture, and Princess Victoria Gowramma references create a distinctive sense of place.
