Katja D.

Katja D. started their work experience in 2008 at IKEA Oy as a Food Service Worker, where they worked until 2011. Katja then moved on to Securitas Oy in 2011, working as a Receptionist for several months. From 2011 to 2017, they joined Intrum as a Debt Collector. During this time, they also took study leave to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Process Specialist at Intrum, where they focused on developing efficient work processes and problem-solving. From 2020 to 2021, they became a Specialist and Test Coordinator, responsible for coordinating User Acceptance Testing and defining business requirements. Currently, they are working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at VALA since November 2022.

Katja D. began their education in 2018 at Edupoli, where they completed a degree program in Lähiesimiestyön ammattitutkinto. In 2020, they enrolled at Helsinki Business College Oy and earned a Diploma in ICT with a focus on software development. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, having started in 2021 with an expected completion date in 2024.
