Max Newland

Max Newland has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a Weekend Edition Live Announcer at Northwest Public Radio. Max then served as a Floor Coordinator and Event Coordinator at the Moscow Food Co-op from 2015 to 2020. During their time there, Max managed the cashier team, provided excellent customer service, and hosted business meetings. In 2018, Max joined The Scavengers Network as a Podcast Host/Editor, where they produced and edited podcasts, collaborated with other hosts, and provided support for their shows. From 2020 to 2021, they served as an Americorps Vista at the United Way of King County. Max currently holds the position of Marketing Coordinator at Valant since 2022. Max's recent work experience also includes their role as a Podcast Producer and Editor at Moonshot Network, which they started in 2022.

Max Newland earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Acting from Millikin University between 2008 and 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Max pursued Communication/Marketing at Western Kentucky University and earned a bachelor's degree.
