Ryan Raad

Ryan Raad, PE, PMP is a Principal Engineer at Valar Atomics since September 2025, with a robust background in engineering management and design. Prior to joining Valar Atomics, Ryan served as the Director of Engineering at Clean Energy Fuels from September 2021 to September 2025 and held various engineering management positions at Ship & Shore Environmental, Inc., and Cryogenic Experts. Ryan has extensive experience in the design, manufacturing, and commissioning of cryogenic equipment and has also overseen significant LNG plant projects, including the Midlothian LNG facility. Earlier career roles included engineering positions at Pars Consulting Engineers Inc., focusing on detailed design and management consulting across multiple gas and pipeline projects. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
