Dave Scott

Dave Scott (Spaver) possesses extensive experience in the field of electrical maintenance and supervision, currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Valaris plc since December 2018, after a tenure at Ensco plc that began in July 2012 as a Barge Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor and earlier as a Rig Electrician. Dave began their career as an electrician at Capelrig, developing a solid foundation through an apprenticeship program. With positions held across various companies including Offshore Marine Services and Northern Offshore, experience includes carrying out planned maintenance and minimizing downtime aboard drilling rigs, while consistently adhering to safety protocols. Educational qualifications include a Modern Apprenticeship and multiple engineering degrees from North East Scotland College.
