Samuel Prates has extensive experience in the drilling and energy sectors, having worked in various roles since 2001. Currently serving as an Assistente Sondador at Seadrill since March 2022, Samuel also holds a position as an Assistente de Sondador at Helix Energy Solutions Group, which has been ongoing since October 2017, where previous roles included Torrista/Derrickman. Samuel's career began at Ensco plc in September 2001 as a Sondador and progressed to the role of Cyber Driller. Samuel completed education at Colegio Estadual Marques de Marica from 1983 to 1994.
