Dan Baker is the founder of VALATAM, a company that connects US businesses with the top 0.4% of bilingual talent from Latin America for remote assistance, helping them scale efficiently. With over a decade of experience in the outsourcing industry and a strong background in investment brokerage, Dan has held various leadership roles, including Outsourcing Director and Coordinator Manager. Currently, they are an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), focusing on strategic collaboration among entrepreneurs across the Americas. Dan holds a 2:1 Honours degree from the University of Sheffield, where they studied Economic, Social, and Physical Geographies.
