Olav Frölich is the Director of Technology & Data at [Valcon](/org/valcon). Prior to joining [Valcon](/org/valcon), Olav was a Senior Manager at PwC, where they worked on transformation, post-merger integration, enterprise architecture, and change management. Olav also served as the Chairman of The Association of Development of Boards, a network with a focus on board work in SME companies. In addition, Olav was a Board Member of Danish Solar Energy / Dansk Solenergi ApS, a solar energy product producer with patented technology. Olav has also been a Partner at [Devoteam](/org/devoteam), a leading IT and management consulting company with operations in 25 countries within EMEA. At [Devoteam](/org/devoteam), Olav had responsibility for a large business unit, established and maintained relationships with the largest customers in the private domain, and worked for selected clients as a program manager. In addition to their Danish roles, Olav also had group responsibility for outsourcing consultancy and enterprise architecture with a direct reference to HQ in Paris.

Anders has +13 years of experience and is a senior executive specialised in leading growth and turnaround companies at MD/CEO level. Lasse has nine years of experience as a consultant and controller in the largest private and semi-public companies in Denmark. Claus Weiland is the Client Engagement Director at [Valcon](/org/valcon). Claus has over 25 years of experience in business IT analysis, description, and implementation. Prior to joining [Valcon](/org/valcon), Claus was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group from October 2008 to December 2014. Claus also served as the Head of administration at the [University of Copenhagen](/org/university-of-copenhagen) from November 2004 to September 2008, and at the Technical University of Denmark from January 1995 to October 2004. Claus began their career as a Purchase & Logistics Manager at Roal Plast Co. A/S in September 1992 and left in November 1995.

Lisbeth has gained strong and deep experience in customer experience, service excellence and business transformation through her career as both consultant and manager at executive level. Max Ronander is a Partner at [Valcon](/org/valcon). Prior to joining [Valcon](/org/valcon), Max was a management consultant and project manager at Preera, with a special focus on group functions. Max's assignments and expertise include organizational design, organizational development, process optimization, change management, cost reduction, management control, and category management. Max has worked in both the private and public sectors, including transportation, media, the process industry, the governmental sector, and local government. Max is also a strong business developer and part of Preera's marketing and communications team.

Before joining Preera, Max was the Head of Product Management Control at Saab AB - Electronic Defense Systems. As Business Controller, they were responsible for planning, budgeting, analysis, profitability analysis, and Product Life cycle analysis across 4 sites: Sweden, Norway, Canada and South Africa. Max was also part of the Product Management Team and Finance Management Team for a business area with approximately 2500-3000 employees.

Martin Birger Hjørland is the current Client Engagement Director at [Valcon](/org/valcon). Prior to this, they worked as a senior consultant at the [University of Copenhagen](/org/university-of-copenhagen) from January 2002 to December 2012. In 2003, they also took on the role of Chairman / boardmember for the European Federation for Intercultural Learning (EFIL), an organization for intercultural understanding and an umbrella organization for European AFS organizations. Hjørland was responsible for overall management of the organization, strategic and political leadership of member organizations, and appointment / dismissal and support / coaching of the Secretary General. From January 1995 to December 1995, they worked as a consultant for Fundación para la Educación y Servicios Alternativos (FESCA).

Prior to that, they were the CEO of Unwire, a mobile payments company, from 2012 to 2018. During their time at Unwire, Jens successfully turned the company around, resulting in improved profitability and cash flow. Jens also added new innovative products and services to address new customer segments and markets.

Thomas has previously worked as an engineering consultant at Cemage ApS, where they designed and documented parts and adapters for industrial robots. Marc joined Valcon in 2015 as an experienced leader having assisted in building CBIT A/S for the previous four years. Marc has managerial experience and strong skills in both operation management and organising IT development. He has an agile mindset to whatever he dives into and is Director of Valcon’s Agile Services. Marc knows the agile frameworks with several years of hands-on experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Marc is not an evangelist but a practitioner, and he utilises the frameworks’ strengths, while being pragmatic in ensuring that what is implemented has an effect.

Morten Bukh Dreier is a Principal Management Consultant at [Valcon](/org/valcon). Morten has previously worked as a Senior Consultant at BlueHat P/S and as Head of Process Management and Execution ( Manager ) at [PostNord](/org/postnord). Klaus Godsk is the Director of Industrial Operations at [Valcon](/org/valcon). Prior to Valcon, they were a Lean specialist at [Novo Nordisk](/org/novo-nordisk) from January 2002 to December 2005. Klaus has also been with Naeralarm Aps as a partner from January 2010 to December 2011, and LC LeanCoaching as director from August 2007 to June 2012. From January 1993 to December 2002, Klaus was plant manager at Crown Cork Scandinavia A/S. Klaus began their career in 1987 as an officer in the reserves for Hæren og Hjemmeværnet, where they remained until 2000.
