Jen McGee is an experienced professional in product education and training, currently serving as the Director of Training and Enablement at Valcre® since May 2023. Previously, Jen held the position of Senior Director of Product Education at VTS, leading a team of 13 members with a strategic focus on customer training. Jen's extensive background includes roles at Clinique, where responsibilities ranged from Freelance Coordinator managing a team of 75+ artists to Counter Manager, achieving significant sales increases and developing training programs. At Rise Buildings, Jen was pivotal in building training initiatives and played a key role in the company’s sale by creating comprehensive talent management programs.
